KL3LM (A) the miner's cap lamp takes LED as a photosource, the safe polymer battery is the power source for new miner’s cap lamp, which consists of safe polymer battery, the lamp head, and the cable.

Long performance life: adopting LED light resource, no need to change the light resource during regular performance life of miner lamp.
No maintenance need: adopting the battery from safe polymer material, no need to maintain during the regular performance life of miner lamp.
Convenience: battery box is small and light, convenience to bring.

High efficiency: during the same lighting time, smaller battery capacity is needed.

6. Product structure characteristics

7.1 This miner’s cap lamp is portable type consisting of lamp head, cable and the accumulator cell (including lithium ion accumulator cell, safety device and accumulator chamber, etc.), the lamp head may fix on the mining safety helmet.

7.2 The lamp head possesses quite a number of LED and its driving circuit and holder composing of small lens, cover, big lens and charge negative & positive connectors as well as power switch.
