General

The SE10/182 thin coal seam shuttle car is a kind of heavy coal seam heavy-duty transfer equipment. It is used in conjunction with the thin coal seam continuous miner. It is mainly used for Room&pillar working faces such as corner coals in coal mines, residual coal recovery, and "three downs" mining, which are not suitable for long-wall mining. It can also be used as a back-up equipment for rapid tunneling.

The car is designed with all-wheel drive and all-wheel steering, having the characteristics of flexible movement and small turning radius. The unloading unit can be adjusted according to the height of coal bunker of crusher and used for unloading the coal into crusher. A double gear pump is taken as power source of hydraulic system of full car, supplying pressure oil for cable winding motor, steering oil cylinder, lifting oil cylinder and brake. Its traveling drive applied advanced AC variable frequency technology, with high starting torque and rapid dynamic response.

Technical Description

1. Traction system

AC variable frequency traveling motor with 65KW power is installed at both sides of car frame. Each traveling motor drives a set of tires (front and rear tires at one side). Traveling transmission system at both sides of car frame is identical only except for the position.

The transmission route is as follows:

Traveling motor → traveling motor reducer → short drive shaft → wheel reducer  → tire-long drive shaft → 
wheel reducer → another side on the same side

A wet type safety brake is installed on the traveling motor reducer on both sides so as to realize the service braking and parking brake.

2. Conveying mechanism

The conveying mechanism consists of AC variable frequency conveying motor, conveying reducer, chain wheel component at head, head bearing housing, scraper conveyor chain, idler component at tail and tensioning mechanism. The conveying mechanism is intended to transmit the torque generated by conveying motor to the chain wheel at head through the conveying reducer, and then the chain wheel drives scraper chain to achieve the purpose of material transferring and unloading. Tensioning mechanism is capable of adjusting the tension of scraper chain.

3. Cable winding device

Cable winding device consists of cable winding mounting rack, cable winding motor, cable winding drum, self-aligning device, full cable protection device and cable supporting roller. Its working principle is that the cable winding motor drives the cable winding drum and the self-aligning device to achieve the purpose of deploying and retracting cable automatically, regularly and orderly.

4 Hydraulic systems

Hydraulic system is composed of six parts, including cable winding control circuit, lifting control circuit in unloading unit, steering control circuit, brake control circuit, brake cooling circuit and fueling circuit. The power of entire hydraulic system is supplied by a oil pump motor. Double gear pump supplies oil for the entire system. The flow of double gear pump is 34L/min. One controls cable winding control circuit and lifting circuit in unloading unit; the other controls steering circuit and brake circuit.

5. Water system

Water system adopts forced cycle water cooling mode. Water system consists of make-up water tank, filter, hydraulic centrifugal pump and safety valve, etc. Its working principle is that the water in tank flows through filter, absorbed by hydraulic centrifugal pump, pumped into cooling slot of electrical control box, then overflowed from the water tank, and returned to the water tank so as to attain the purpose of cycle water cooling variable frequency converter.

6. Electrical system

Electrical control system of shuttle car includes main control system, variable frequency system, power supply system, display system. Main-control module consists of main circuit unit, protection unit and control circuit unit, used for sending a control command to the PLC, controlling the starting/stop of the oil pump motor, starting/stop of the transfer motor and direct/reverse rotation and high/low speed switching, while controlling the lighting lamps and buzzer of the shuttle car. The variable frequency module is controlled by the frequency converter through control command to control the operation of the variable frequency traveling motor and realize the travel of the shuttle car. The power module is able to convert AC1140/1100V into AC220V, DC24V, etc. required for operating components inside the electrical control system of shuttle car by the main transformer and the switching power supply. Display module is composed of industrial human-machine interface and explosion-proof infrared camera, used for displaying the state of the shuttle in normal operation, the video image beyond the driver's vision area, and the fault display of the shuttle car.

Variable frequency system consists of frequency converter, variable frequency motor and water cooling system. After receiving the PLC communication signal, frequency converter will control travel direction and speed of variable frequency traveling motor so that the shuttle car can forward/backward and acceleration and deceleration. Frequency converter is imported four-quadrant converter, which has the functions of energy feedback and speed feedback.
